‘Arum Lilies’
My mother-in-law used to grow these lilies and she had them all over the house in pots, for all to enjoy. My Afrikaans speaking worker normally brings a smile to our faces when he refers to them as ‘Ore-van-die-Vark’ in stead of ‘Varkore’ as it is called in Afrikaans.
